Pickup Order
We offer pickup orders in Miami, Florida. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email to schedule your free pickup at your earliest convenience. Our operation hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The warehouse is located at: 8820 NW 77th Ct, Medley FL 33166.

Our warehouse personnel will do their best to have your order ready at the scheduled time. Please ensure you bring a vehicle that can accommodate the panels, which are approximately 115 inches (9 feet 7 inches) in length, to avoid any rescheduling fees.

Delivery Order
We offer delivery orders nationwide within the U.S. To ensure a competitive delivery rate and timely arrival of your panels, please fill out the "Request Delivery Quote" form. This will allow our 3PL partner to provide you with the most accurate shipping details. You can expect a response within 2 business days.

Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is placed, we will send you email updates every time your order status changes.

Return Policy

We understand that returning oversized products can be inconvenient and costly. To minimize the need for returns, we strive to ensure that our customers have all the information they need to purchase the right products from the beginning.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition. Please ensure that all packaging and labels are intact.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@fancwall.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and pictures of the package in its original packaging and undamaged condition - please include your order ID in the tile to save time. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. We’ll guide you through the process and help resolve any issues as smoothly as possible.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For pickup orders, please note that once you have accepted and signed the release form, we cannot offer replacements or refunds, even if issues with your order arise later. However, you may return original and undamaged orders within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that you are responsible for any warehouse restocking costs.

Damage policy

Pickup option
We strongly recommend inspecting your items before signing the release form at the pickup point. If you notice any damage, please request a replacement on the spot. Be aware that once you have accepted and signed the release form, we cannot provide replacements or refunds, even if issues with your order arise later.

Delivery option
Every shipment is insured to protect against damage during transit. Although such incidents are rare, we strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, simply refuse delivery and contact us straight away at support@fancwall.com for a replacement.

For damages that are not noticed at the time of delivery, please send us photographs via email at support@fancwall.com within 24 hours of receipt include your order number in the tile. This will help us address and resolve the issue promptly. Please keep all packaging and panels in their original condition until you have contacted us. Note that we cannot provide replacements or refunds if the order has issues but the panels have been cut, finished, or installed. To resolve any issues efficiently, the panels must remain in their original condition and their original packaging.

Missing Items

Pickup orders
We strongly recommend inspecting your items before signing the release form at the pickup point. If you notice any missing items, please request a replacement on the spot. Be aware that once you have accepted and signed the release form, we cannot provide replacements or refunds, even if issues with your order arise later.

Delivery orders
We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If you find any items missing, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately at support@fancwall.com. Once the issue is confirmed by the delivery company, we will send out the missing items.

If an item is marked as delivered to your address—whether it's to a reception desk, front door, porch, or similar location—and you claim it hasn't been received, please notify us via email within 24 hours. Claims cannot be made via phone calls or attempted calls. If courier tracking confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund, but we will make every effort to resolve the situation for you.

Please be advised that the claims process may take several weeks, though we strive to resolve it as quickly as possible. Once the courier confirms that the item is lost, we will send out a replacement.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Please be aware that delivery shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping for items you no longer want or for incorrectly ordered products.
