Shipping policy
We offer delivery orders nationwide within the U.S. To ensure a competitive delivery rate and timely arrival of your panels, please fill out the "Request Delivery Quote" form. This will allow our 3PL partner to provide you with the most accurate shipping details. You can expect a response within 2 business days.
Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is placed, we will send you email updates every time your order status changes.
Every shipment is insured to protect against damage during transit. Although such incidents are rare, we strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, simply refuse delivery and contact us straight away at support@fancwall.com for a replacement.
For damages that are not noticed at the time of delivery, please send us photographs via email at support@fancwall.com within 24 hours of receipt include your order number in the tile. This will help us address and resolve the issue promptly. Please keep all packaging and panels in their original condition until you have contacted us. Note that we cannot provide replacements or refunds if the order has issues but the panels have been cut, finished, or installed. To resolve any issues efficiently, the panels must remain in their original condition and their original packaging.
We strongly recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If you find any items missing, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately at support@fancwall.com. Once the issue is confirmed by the delivery company, we will send out the missing items.
If an item is marked as delivered to your address—whether it's to a reception desk, front door, porch, or similar location—and you claim it hasn't been received, please notify us via email within 24 hours. Claims cannot be made via phone calls or attempted calls. If courier tracking confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund, but we will make every effort to resolve the situation for you.
Please be advised that the claims process may take several weeks, though we strive to resolve it as quickly as possible. Once the courier confirms that the item is lost, we will send out a replacement.
